●1. Tell us your customization requirements for the display rack, and we will charge a certain design fee to do the appearance design for you;
Or provide us with your drawings. We have quotation engineers with more than 8 years' experience in the industry to give you a detailed quotation.
● 2. After you confirm the appearance design of the display frame, we will arrange 2-3 display frame designers with more than 8 years of industry experience (including Australian designers) to do detailed structural design for you.
● 3. To complete the structural design, we will arrange the production department to produce the display rack samples, and the business department will take the lead. The design department, the engineering department, the QC quality control department and the production department will cooperate with each other to conduct multiple samples, determine the quality control standard of samples and review the sample shipment.
●4. We will provide you with detailed bulk quotation according to the sample standard and the quantity, delivery date, logistics information and other requirements of the display rack, and inform you to confirm the order.
●5. After you place the order, we will develop the first large cargo display and send it to you for your reconfirmation. After it is correct, we will carry out mass production and testing according to the quality standard of this sample and your requirements.
●6. We will carry out spot check and acceptance for many times in mass production.
Upon confirmation of the completion of bulk packaging, we will arrange delivery and inform you of acceptance.
